I fulfilled almost every requirement for a withdrawal of my free bonus. The free bonus is sitting months on the casino, it was just so annoying to try withdrawing my winnings. Now I wanted to give it another try.
First I could make a withdrawal, to only get see 3 days later that my withdrawal was cancelled (without any notice). I had to contact support what was wrong with the withdrawal. On the site I clicked on the link "bank" at the bottom. There were several payment methods (including Neteller, which I have chosen as withdrawal method).
After putting money on Neteller I then wanted to deposit that to the casino. But after pressing deposit, I didn't see Neteller. The support then told me that players form Germany can't deposit money through Neteller, even though that's nowhere stated on the site. I had to do some effort (verifying the casino account and the Neteller account), only to then get to know that 'my effort was in vain'. In the past i was on sunetslots, where I could deposit money through Neteller, now the account was transferred to 7reels.
What I wanted to say with that, I use Neteller only for those casinos. Since i cant deposit with Neteller, I practically lost hours of times and 7,50€ fee for transferring the money back to my bank account. Great.

Terribly misleading and misguided policies and bonus terms. they sent me an email saying that they would be ceasing operations under the sunset slots name and instead forwarded me to sign up at 7Reels and included a "$100 FreeChip" as a token of their appreciation which I could redeem by simply asking livechat. As per their instructions I logged in And clicked livesupport where I was 31st in line waiting and then waited an astounding 10 MINUTES before someone actually answered. His name was Larsen and immediately offered me some "special" bonus when I told him I wanted to redeem the free chip. He was fairly short with me and bordering even rude. I declined the bonus he offered and told him I wanted to play with my freechip first. He credited the $100 freechip but then I became suspicious I decided to check the terms and conditions for the bonus terms. The massive terms and conditions on the site are overwhelming. I asked Larsen for the specifics or to provide a link. After another 5 minutes of waiting for him to respond he simply said - "the bonus is not cashable". I asked him to clarify and thought I must've misunderstood what he said and he provided a concise yet non-sensical response. "The bonus is not at all cashable and no I am not joking :)". Wow. Have never heard of a non-cashable bonus. Deceiving, click bait, false advertisement, or simply nonsense, were the first things that came To my mind. Only a total Buffoon would deposit their money into this place. That's not a bonus. That's fun credits. If it wasn't cashable why not offer 1Million dollar freechips? No thanks Isaac Newton.

Live chat is slow. Actually since I deposited I havet been able to contact my acct manager over some deposit issues. Until it's resolved I'll be rating this Casino 3 stars. Because of poor Casino acct manager /playerinteraction.

I was bored yesterday and budget was low to make deposits. I decided to hunt some no deposit bonuses and found 7reels offering $45 from some affiliated site. I registered on the site and the process was easy. After I signed up I saw only $30 was credited to my account. I read upon there bonus terms and saw it was standard from all other top game I have played at like 7spins casino.
I contacted support and asked about wagering. I must admit support was a bit slower to respond on this site compare to other pragmatic play casinos. They advised me the wagering was x75 the bonus amount with a max cash out of $100. I already has the idea of busting my bonus funds and did not think I would complete wagering at all.
I decided to spin the reels, first slot was Aladdin treasure. After 30 minutes my balance was up to about $150. Then I changed to Journey of the west where I got a full screen of wilds actually just 1 wild was missing, turning a $0.50 bet into $147 and my balance was at $250. It is really sad to know that I will lose $140 as the max cash out is $100.
Last night I sent in my documents for verification with the hopes of it will be approved within 48 hours and then I will withdraw my $100 from the no deposit bonus. Once this whole transaction is complete, I will definitely be claiming the 500% first deposit bonus and try my luck again. I am a bit skeptical of getting verified because I recently move into my new house and do not have any utility bill via postage. The only post I received was my credit card that was delivered and it has my new address on it. I hope they will accept it so my account can get verified.

Update: My account got verified and now I need to make a deposit to withdraw. According to their bonus terms you can withdraw a maximum of $100 on the no deposit bonus, only to find out that the $100 max cash out is including your deposit. I mean that is outrageous. I should be able to withdraw my $25 deposit plus the $100 max cash out from the no deposit bonus which should be a total of $125. Support told me it's not possible and that the net profit is only $75 from the no deposit bonus. This is not stated on their T's and C's. I am really disappointed, not to mentioned how rude that Dylan and Dan from live chat is, asking me if we make rules as we go along etc. I do not even think I would want to claim that 500% bonus.

I decide to start playing Orbital Mining right away on a minimum bet. I set it to 100 auto spins and very soon I got the free spins bonus. If a player has been a member for LESS THAN 6 MONTHS, the maximum withdrawable amount permitted is only $500 per withdrawal per month! What utter rubbish!!! A new member could have deposited thousands of dollars before making a win, but when a win is finally made, only $500 can be withdrawn at a time, until the required 6-months membership period has elapsed! And unfortunately enough, I had to get the feel of this agonizingly painful experience first handedly!

I decided to try their casino because they offered a 20 euro no deposit bonus like many other top game casinos, so I went to their page and I wanted to check the promotions but I didn’t find nothing about the 20 euro free money. They home page is arranged but the design isn’t so pretty.
They had only a downloadable version of the casino. So I downloaded it and after I finished the registration logged in and went to the cashier to check my balance. My no deposit money wasn’t on my balance so I visited the live support and asked him about the no deposit bonus. I sent to him my special code than after an account checking and some conversation he credited me with my 20 euro no deposit bonus, the bonus had 99x wagering requirements, it is means I needed to wager 1980 euro before I can withdrawal. The support didn’t told me what is the max cash out but he informed me if I want to withdraw from that no deposit bonus money I need to make a verifying deposit first.
So after I get my money I went to their slots and picked the Speed hunter slot and I played with 4 coins per bet. I didn’t like their slots because the graphic is bad and the pay out rates are incredible low. After a few spins I lost my money so I logged out. Two days later I get an e-mail from them where they offer me another 20 euro free to try their games. The story was the same I lost my bonus balance within 15 minutes.

7Reels, a casino run by a Top Game software. At first I was being offered $20 no deposit with a crazy 99x wagering requirement. I passed up the opportunity because that would end up being a waste of time (As I can plainly see).
I had a little bit of trouble with support when I asked what the minimum withdrawal amount is and if they would happen to have future deposit options available like Moneybookers. When I spoke to a live chat operator which by the way took no more than 3 seconds for him to reply after interacting with the Chat on the right hand side he gave me the information I needed straight away. When I asked him about Moneybookers he claims it should be here in the cashier page but while I was there "on the cashier" there were only a few deposit options, the major credit cards (Visa Mastercard, American Express), Instadebit, EcoCard and Money Transfers. Unfortunately Moneybookers is not a deposit option at the moment he says. At first I thought he was lying and I felt he was trying to turn that around but he did help resolve my issues. I learned the minimum deposit is $25 for Ecocard, this being my method to deposit and only two withdrawal methods to choose from, Instadebit and Ecocard, minimum $60 cashout according to support.
To show my one revulsion about Top Game casinos is...even if I click the X button on the top right corner, the casino doesn't actually close entirely so I would have to right click on the 7Reels Icon on the bottom right of my desktop, choose to log off and close it just to shut the casino down completely, otherwise the Live operator would tell me to close the casino if I am not using it (this happened to me once before, it's inconvenient).
