They are a bunch of liars. They avoid paying you at all costs tryind to find different stupid reasons according to their lame terms & conditions. PLEASE read with attention their terms & conditions before starting to play there.

Sometimes when you win a lot and even tho you play regularly they will get into your account since they can do it easily and will do a few overbets then log out. When the player will try to withdraw the cash, even tho he's aware he played regularly he will be told he didn't and his withdraw is canceled because of the max bet rule.
There's a lot of "loyal players who deposit over 10k monthly" who often forget their passwords... Is this a coincidence? It is! Funny fact those loyal players are treated even worse than new players and are hardly pushed to deposit.

There are a couple of good games - on face value the chat facility seems good, but when you dig deeper they are awful.

Made a deposit, gota bonus, played the bonus away, made a withdrawel. All fine untill here.

So I take some money from my whinnings who were already on a side as I made a withdrawel and it seems that I misspressed once a made 1 bet of 15€ because of this. But this was days after the withdrawel was made so ....
In the rules I also found this => Placing single bets equal to or greater than 30% from the value of the Bonus credited to the player account, prior to the wager requirement for that Bonus having been met.
Here it says PRIOR the wager requirement. So I didn't even do anything wrong then as there wasn't even a bonus anymore

I just confirmed this with their customer service: If you play with a bonus, not only the max 30% bet value of bonus -rule apply, but also _all sort_ of doubling-up is prohibited no matter amount. That means, if you play blackjack for example, only Stand and Hit option is allowed. Please be aware of the payment method bonus here. They add 15% bonus if you for example deposit with Skrill. That means when you deposit 100€ you get 215€ bonus. The 15€ of it is restricted separately to the 30% betting rule in the Terms and Conditions. So you can't bet higher than 4.50€ or any winnings are declined and cancelled. That of course is told only when you have made the withdrawal and sent the documents. So my price for learning this was 2701.98€ with 6.25€ bets made.

I deposited a total of 341.73 euros.
I declined any offered bonus's.
My average deposit was 20-30 euros, sometimes a little more, but I made 10 deposits in total.

I sent in my ID documents numerous times as they kept coming back to me saying they couldn't read them. Which I found hard to believe seeing as they had been sent using quite a high scanner setting. I eventually go them accepted after trying for 3 days.
Today I have had an email saying that my withdrawal of 501 euros has been declined and that my last deposit of 20 euros has been put back in my online casino account.
They said the reason it was declined was due to 'irregular gambling'.
On speaking to them in chat, I am told that i am only allowed to bet a maximum of 30% of what I deposited- otherwise it is classed as irregular gambling. Therefore, when I deposited 20 euros, the largest bet I was allowed to make was 6 euros. However, I apparently was making single bets of 15 euros.
I have never ever had this before on an online casino and I have been playing very regularly for about 10 years. This is a first for me!!
If I am not allowed to bet over 30% of my deposit, why do their system allow us to do it?
