What? Europaplay Casino is now closed? Only last week or so I had received a deposit offer, via email, from the casino, so this is really a surprise for me if the casino has now closed down, without even informing me. Well, anyway, I was a member at Europaplay, had made several deposits there when it was still alive, but I never got any deposit bonuses from them even after using the specific bonus codes. However, on one particular day, I tried to claim a 200% deposit bonus - I made my deposit, keyed in the bonus code, but received nothing, so I checked up with their Live Support and was then informed that Neteller deposits weren't eligible for any bonuses. Gees, no wonder I didn't sign up earlier at Europaplay Casino before this. After knowing that deposits via Neteller are not eligible for any bonuses, I stopped depositing at Europaplay completely and have not played there for a couple of months.
There was one day when I decided to close my account, but the Live Chat host sweet-talked me out of it, a 'she' of course, and offered a small $10 token as appreciation. Honestly speaking, I have nothing bad to say about Europaplay Casino. It was just like any other typical Playtech casino, with the same pending and withdrawal timeframes, but I had never got the chance to test them out. I've made several deposits at the casino, played without any bonus restrictions, yet I couldn't even get a small win from my favourite games like Safari Heat and Dolphin Reef. Nonetheless, the Live Chat support was good, selection of games was good too, except for that restriction on Neteller deposits. Europaplay was just an average casino, with nothing outstanding, unlike Omni and Fly Casinos, but I guess survival was perhaps the toughest part of the casino's existence, and it finally gave in.

I got a mail from Europaplay casino that containing a no deposit bonus code that would giv me $100 to test out the slots. When I used the code I only got €5 so I contacted support and they answer that the mail is wrong and it´s only €5 so thats terrible promotion from Europaplay casino.
I still got the mail proof and I even send it to support@europaplay.com but they ignored my mail and didn´t answer it.

I joined at Europaplay Casino some months ago while I was looking for some decent online casino which offer games from Playtech software provider. I do not really know why, maybe because I found some other new Playtech casinos and took there welcome bonus too. Hehe. Otherwise the W.R for first deposit bonus is set ok, 20x deposit + bonus is not set so high so I think everyone could finish it with some luck.
They offer instand mode or download version to play. always I choose download version of casino lobby. I had no problems here at all, so I never contacted live chat support or anything like that.
I will rate Europaplay Casino with 7 out of 10 possible stars. I think I could play more here, but I am not so sure. Mostly because when I play Playtech games I almost always choose new casino and I take there welcome bonuses which are much better than at other casinos for second, third deposit where I am already registered.

Europaplay is a casino I joined some time ago in my everlasting search for descent Playtech casinos. Lately I have been playing only this software and I had some great results. When I found this casino and took a look at the bonus offers I decided to make an account and try my luck.
The casino seems descent and promotes a 24 hour pending period on your withdrawals. Still I can’t confirm this because sadly I didn’t manage to make a withdrawal here despite taking all of the bonuses this casino has to offer. The first time I made a deposit I took their 100% match bonus and later claimed the 50 % cashback bonus on my losses. This was added to my account after 24 hours and is a refreshment to try and win some of your money back. I had some descent wins on the games but nothing too big. They offer live chat support which is pretty fast compared to most other Playtech casinos. They have a descent selection of bonuses with relatively low wagering of 20 x bonus + deposit. For example the bonuses in Omni and Fly which are probably the best casinos in the Playtech industry are 25 x deposit + bonus, so this casino offers a more descent bonus selection. Still when it comes to payouts I think the RTP of the slots in this casino is lower than in most other Playtech casinos.Maybe it’s just my bad luck but considering I have been playing Playtech for a long time I can’t say that I was comfortable playing here without hitting a win of over 50 x bet.

They are a joke of a casino - when it comes to withdrawals, the lies and utter rubbish you get from them to extend the already 4 day period is beyond belief. They also lost all of my ID docs - yes, completely lost them.

I think the name of the casino Europalay is not the best because it is almost identical to Europlay Casino and also for the reason that Europlay casino does not enjoy a great reputation in the gambling world. I have decided to create an account here without any intention to make a deposit immediately after the registration. I would like to make deposit and so try a new Playtech casino but recently I had bad results in gambling and also the balance in my Neteller account don’t allow that.
