The name of this casino is a good one in my opinion, but I wanted to see if the casino itself is good! It is a casino powered by Microgaming games but also other 2 providers, IGT and GTECH G2 that are unknown for me! |

I'm really happy to admit that lately Microgaming has become one of my top 3 favorite software. At first I wasn't a big fan of them because most slots I played paid me very little and I wasn't lucky there. Recently I've been giving Microgaming another chance and I've already found many amazing games that can bring nice winnings too. So earlier this month I decided to become a member at Heaven casino, which also has microgaming and 2 other software. I guess the logo and the name just attracted me too much.
I made a 30€ deposit and started to play Dolphin Quest because I know that few members really like this game, so I gave it a try. I placed the minimum bets of 0.50€and within the first 40 spins I got a few 5 of a kind wins that paid nice ( each time around 5€) and then I managed to get the bonus game, where I spinned the wheel and got a 17.50€ win! Then I continued to play this game and a few spins later I got another bonus game, this time it paid 2x less than before. I continued to play for about half an hour, got few bonus rounds but no free spins, and when I had made a little profit there of 25€ I decided to change the game. I decided to go with Red Hot Devil slot, It has 5 Reels and 25 paylines and I made the minimum bets of 0.25€. I played it for about 200 spins and to be honest, I was quite disappointed, most of the spins were empty and the ones that weren't, didn't pay more than 0.35€ ( in best case scenario, more often they were 0.02€ wins). It definitely isn't my favorite game from Microgaming, but I was expecting to get at least something out of it. So after that I decided to play their table games. I played Casino Holdem for around 15 minutes, but I didn't have any luck and lost my money.
Overall I had a descent time at Heaven casino, the flash play lagged a bit, but other than that I enjoyed their game selection and I think I might make another deposit there to get more acquainted with their table games, because the variety of them was nice. I also would like to try their live games.
I tried to contact their live support once, but all I got was a window, saying they're all busy so I can come back later or sent a form. I tried to send the form for my question but I received an automated email,saying the email hasn't been sent. I don't think it's good that you have such a hard time contacting the support. I give them 7/10.
