The help and response you get is under all criticism. In my case it was about verification and withdrawal. While I applied for withdrawal, I submitted a verification document. Withdrawal system lacks majorly. South Africans can't withdraw as we do not use a IBAN number. Then I was told by Support to deposit via Skrill in order to get my money, did so and to my surprise I couldn't withdraw again. Support told me deposit again via a PC. After spending so much money at Hello casino I wasn't allowed to withdraw my money. I eventually played out everything and will not return to play at Hello casino again.
