I was extremely lucky when I first time played at this casino and won about 1850USD with my first 50$+50$ bonus money. (After the bonus turnover requirement where met) I fist was afraid that I would have problem take them out. I did not find any KYC information on site, and googeled Kaboo to find information about they are trusty or not. (Hence why I write this now :).
On my first 1200$ withdraw, I was asked for KYC by E-mail. I reply the e-mail and within a few hours I got a confirmation e-mail that my money was transferred. (And yeah, I even did receive them)
My 2nd withdraw was done within hours, and actually on my bank account next day.
So yes; they do pay out winnings. (Hassle free for me this time)

The customer support is bad here. I always like to verify myself before I deposit (best way really) and for some reason these guys are stalling. I emailed to say I would like to verify myself so the told me to email another address. I didn't hear back from them to emailed support to be told I should give them time ??? Do you want my custom or what.So i did give them time, a week to be precise and still no word from them. I emailed to say it's been a week and still not been verified, why? Well they didn't even bother to reply to that so I won't ever play here with such bad support.

I've asked them if they received my email about the promotion from this weekend, then a guy from Live support ask me some stupid question. I answered but it went wrong way. So, my own experience with this casino is bad live support, promotion not function very well and no reply on my email. Not one of my favorite's, sorry for those that like's this casino. Good luck.

Really impressed with this site.....payouts really quick 2 days and in my bank account and thats using bank card cannot fault that.....customer service really helpful yes meets my expectations as to what a casino site should be also once you put in a withdrawal request it cannot be reversed which to me is very good.

I made a mistake during depositing and even know it was wrong not reading whole disclaimer I continued playing. Playing for a couple weeks I won quite a bit of money. For a few days I though they will never pay me and that mistake will cost me my winnings, Jorge was more than helpful in correcting mistake I made and processing payout, so even know I made a mistake, they still met me half way and helped thru process.

Yeah Not too bad things ran smooth etc not a bad experience although did pick up a few things that need improvement but for the record like the echo idea, website, marketing concepts, game selection, and etc.

1. They need live support on 24/7 found myself emailing for a simple question that took ages to get a response.
2. Was pretty hard too track the wagering using the bonus had to take a good look around in the "dark" just to find that question mark and then figure out where the wagering was .
3. Bonus wagering is quite high ... x60 .
4. Customer support needs a tune up sent documents through and was told to resend them to another address its like duh send them on etc simple task.
5. The Bonus terms and conditions should be made easier to find found it a little tricky to find them.

I saw no deposit 10 Echoes upon signing up and decided to join this Casino. After i joined and verified my account i received 5 Echoes and not 10 as the promotion advertised, which means i couldn't do anything.
