Nice games and thats it. Good bonus but give you nothing.

If keep loosing its ok but if you win they will look for any small reason to not pay You winnings. The worst style of casino online, be carefull before you sign in, couse if You win they wiĺ do everything to not pay you. Awfull tactic to get more money, casino earn anyway but be fair not cheeky, greedy b*****ds.

The games variety is pretty good..

No live chat, never reply to emails, no phone number and as for customer service well its the worst online casino I've experienced .. If u get a win they wont pay. Honestly they dont care about anything but there $ .. Stay away, far away gamblers.. trust me.

Quick withdrawals are really quick at Power Spins. Though it took a bit longer to have documents verified.
Now I can enjoy their quick withdrawals without any delays.
Support is friendly and helpful.

the slots, have a good range of slots good incentives also.

Dislike winning money to have it taken from you after meeting wagering requirements I won up to about £4000 spend 2000 of that was left with £1888.10 to log on day after to only £110 think they like to rip people off.

The variety of games, the site overall and the bonuses.

Their customer service absolutely sucks. Which is not surprising being that they belong to BGO. Same as in BGO, they take days to reply to any queries, with really dumb and useless replies. Absolutely the worst 2 sites regarding customer support.

One fine day, earlier this year, I received a nice promotional email from Power Spins Casino, with some no-deposit free spins upon registration, plus more free spins upon making a first deposit. Nothing unusual in that kind of offer, right? Right! But what makes Power Spins offer a real delight was that all free spins were wager free! Make a win and withdraw, as simple as that, but of course, if you happened to win big, so sorry, you can only withdraw small, hahaha. Almost every casino has a cap on winnings from free spins, of which Power Spins Casino is one, but that didn't matter at all to me. If I can make a win from any of those free spins, I can withdraw it, up to the capped amount, which if I'm not mistaken, is 100 EUR. Winning 100 EUR from free spins is a damn good deal for me. The only thing is, can I ever get it? Hahaha.
Playing at Power Spins Casino was a real delight for me. There's a good selection of games from several providers, and I could find most of my favourite games in the directory. What's even better, is the regular offers of a deposit with no-wagering 50 free spins. I simply couldn't resist these! My first deposit had me playing on the game Drive Multiplier Mayhem. I had a pretty good game that day, getting several Free Spins games, and collecting a few winning screenshots too. Too bad it all had to end with an empty hand, but the fun was simply great! Several more deposits followed in time, which saw me playing the same game over and over again. I finally made a small win from that Drive Multiplier Mayhem game and made a withdrawal claim.
The next day or so, I received an email from Power Spins Casino requesting me to submit my documents for account verification purposes. I quickly did so. Another 2 or 3 days later, a reply came back saying that my ID and utility bill documents could not be accepted, and requested me to submit other supporting documents. Argh! I have had this kind of problems before, at a few other casinos, and none of them eventually accepted those submitted documents. In the end, I had to close those accounts, for not being able to submit other relevant supporting documents for verification. Unfortunately, Power Spins Casino gave me the same responses as the others, insisting on some other documents which I don't have. So in the end, I played off the winnings after it had been refunded back into my account, left the balance at zero, and then requested for a permanent closure of the account, via email. They obliged and had it closed.

That's about the only thing that I don't like about Power Spins Casino. Being related to BGO Casino, I wasn't surprised at all, because I had faced the exact same problems at BGO too. The only difference being that I have not made any deposit at BGO, unlike at Power Spins, and closing my Power Spins account was the hardest thing for me to do. I would have loved to be able to carrying on playing with a verified account. Just too bad. Sigh.

Power Spins is a casino I noticed around two weeks ago after I saw them on new casinos list on askgamblers. Immediately I saw that they had 50 free spins sign up bonus and providers like Netent, Playtech and few others, so without any doubt I visited their page. I tried to register there and I noticed that my email showed as invalid and a message came up saying that maybe I have an account with BGO casino, which is their sister site and in that case I could log in with my BGO details. I do indeed have an account there but I haven’t used it for ages. I tried to log in but without any luck, so then I tried to change my password at bgo but I never got any email from them.
Unfortunately Power Spins casino doesn’t have live support so I decided to write them an email regarding the sister site, registration and whether I would be eligible for the free spins. I wrote them on a weekday and checked my email the next day- no answer. It took them nearly 3 days to get back to me, which to be honest was very upsetting. Luckily they answered that I was eligible to play there and if I would reset my details at bgo and login there, I would be eligible for their welcome bonus package too. So finally I had some good news.
I tried a couple of passwords and finally it worked and I got logged in into Power Spins casino. Then I went to promotions page and saw that the 50 free spins could be played on any of 4 games from which I decided to choose Drive slot. I really like Drive slot because of the multipliers and bonus round. After I loaded the game, I truly had the 50 free spins available. That was great since they have no live support to help me in case I didn’t have them. I didn’t get any bonus round yet still I ended up with 9 pound win from them. Then I tried to load Twin Spin but it crashed, tried again and it repeated. So I decided to go back to Drive slot and played it until I lost all balance since small wins came up from time to time but I was unable to trigger any free spins round.
Overall I had a good time at Power Spins casino and one thing I can say is that they have generous promotions and very nice game selection, but they definitely need to add live support as for me that is a very important factor, when choosing a casino. Other than that I think they are good.

Powerspins is operated and run by there main site 'BGO' entertainment limited. Which happens to be there newly established sister site of 2017. Licensed by Alderney Gaming Commission and UK Gambling Commission.
My experience has been fantastic, I deposited £60 unfortunately forgetting the 200% was upto £50 however that didn't matter too much, Nothing came from the bonus, but still received a generous 100%. I decided to make another small deposit of £40, happened to strike lucky with a few nice hits, kept me wanting to play, unfortunately didn't win again. Third deposit, I did £100, I decided to keep the train rolling, then out of nowhere I got very fortunate, was a great day on "Powerspins". spent overall £200 and cashed out £10,000. which was a total profit of £9800. generally a great end to the day, week and month ahead. will be definitely returning to play BGO after sometime.
Fast withdrawals 24 - 48 hours depending on the amount. Anything over 5k can take an extra day due to cash out restrictions -maximum of £5,000/£25,000/£100,000 per Day/Week/Month.
Welcome Bonus - Generic 35x 200% upto £50, Not bad for low rollers like myself but high rollers will take some time to complete wagering requirements. Please be aware there are "Excluded Games" so please read the T&C's on the site.
Great selection of slots with over 370+ including, Playtech, NetEnt, IGT etc.
This could be a very good casino however BGO needs to do some work on there communication efforts. BGO has Livechat while Powerspins does not, It can be very frustrating for people who need to get in contact and sort out any issues they have from complaints to verifying there account. standard 48 hour email support is not enough. needs to be more work on this immediately not mention no phone support which is really disappointing.
Overall a good casino, with some minor improvements needed, They could be a great casino. However I would totally recommend them to friends and anyone looking to have a good time.

Established this year 2017, sister casino to BGO Casino with 2 great casino licence such as Alderney Gambling Control Commission,UK Gambling Commission, unfortunately with only 3 casino software as Playtech,NetEnt,IGT (WagerWorks),Barcrest Games but still decent casino with excellent welcome bonus of 50 free spins where the player can choose form 4 different games to be played.
When I was trying to open my account there I got message I couldn't just because I had account to their sister casino BGO but I guess that wasn't so bad, because I need to use the same general info or user and password I was using at BGO casino which I still got the welcome bonus of 50 free spin, with nice wagering requirement of X 35
From those 4 eligible games I choose to play Drive: Multiplier Mayhem Slot which I think its a pretty decent slot where you can get decent wins and nice game so you can wager a bonus. From those free spins I got the free spins feature in the last 50 spin and had 15. 60 euros on my account as a bonus money so I can play and of course wager that bonus.
Continue to play but my balance start to go downhill so tried to play my favorite slot Piggy Riches. At the beginning my balance went up to 52 euros so I was thinking I was on good way to wager that bonus.Unfortunately my balance went to zero since Piggy Riches completely changed and eat all my balance.
As I remember they were having some free spins promotion as deposit at least 10 and you'll get 50 free spins but I believe they were divided in several days, so not so great deposit offer as I thought. But several days ago they send me an email where they are offering 100% match bonus with 50 free spins on top.
I like this casino will play here again, but the most annoying thing about BFO and Powerspins casino is that they dont have live chat support and even if BGO has it you never get in touch with them so you need to send them an email and you'll get response in 48 hours and that is really annoying. If I have some troubles or questions I want to be answered right away not to wait 2 days to get some answer, you need to change that asap.
