I made a decent profit and more times was about to loose it all. So I decided the best would be to somehow block myself from playing until the withdrawal was done.
I wrote to live chat about what we could do, and he would block my account for 10 days if I wanted to, and this wouldnt effect my withdrawal process. So I thought that was an alright solution - I didnt want to loose that 1000$.
Then after several days (after documents where sent) still nothing happens even tho I wrote several times. I then talked to live chat at some point, and she told be she would send a reminder to them right away. I asked if it had something to do with them being in financial problems, but she told me it wasnt and that I should expect an answer soon. After this nothing happened again. I then wrote again and again - and then all of a sudden I get a message from Lars "Senior advisor" with the following message:
"The reason for why your account are not verified yet is that your account are temporary closed due to your cool off period, during this period we are unable to verify your account."
I honestly feel like this is a joke. I dont know if its because they dont have the money to pay players, or if its because they want players to use their money after they win. Either way I'm really disappoint and wouldnt advice any players to play on this casino.
