I dislike the way I was treated by live chat rep tonight and the way the software ran. I was playing treasure tree, hit play and reveal all, the screen froze up so I tried it again, play and reveal all, the screen stayed frozen but the FREE GAMES Won Sounds played out loud.
So I waited a second the screen was still froze so I exited and went right back in, but no free games, so I played 2 more times, to see if it would repeat the last 2 games or whatever but still no free games. And Treasure Tree has a distinct special music when free games are won. So I go to live chat ask the rep to check my issue by history of last 5 spins, she says everything looks fine, so I asked to view my history and I am told I cant view on my end, even though it is in fair gaming terms on their site, so I am typing some more questions etc...
And they just disconnected me. Waited on hold for total of ten minutes during chat to get hung up on.
I have dumped a bunch of deposits here and get treated like dirt maybe cuz I'm not high roller or whatever, but the service has been horrid lately and this mad me frustrated enough to no longer play here. Not a great way to keep a fish around that plays numerous deposits a week.got in chat again for 45 minutes, no free games either.

Typical RTG casino but I can always seem to play for a while on my deposits. I haven't had to much contact with their customer service but they seem pleasant. They offer quite a few bonuses and I use them all. Most importantly, they pay!!! Withdrawal takes about a week total which is fair enough. Anyway Desert Nights is a casino that uses two software providers. When I joined this casino they were using only Rival Software and some time later they started using RTG also, so the customers could download and install two casino software's and play on the same account. I remember that when this casino was only Rival I got an email from the casino that they also have RTG software to play on. That is why I was very surprised when I didn't get an info that this casino has simply changed it's name. That is really strange and unprofessional from a casino according to me. I think that the players who already had an account in Desert Nights should have gotten an email that the casino is now called Uptown Aces.

It is a very new casino, launched in this August, 2014, and is provided by RTG software. I liked the name of this casino and since they were giving a 5€ free chip, I couldn't find a reason why not to sign up. But then my errors begun.
Uptown Aces is available on mobile, flash and download versions. At first I tried to sign up via web, but a window came up saying there was an error because I'm not using Google Chrome, and to be able to play instant play, you have to have it. Since I am often playing with mobile app, I decided to play there. Of course, it took me a little more time, and when I tried to sign up, another error came up, saying that there's already a member with my username and email. But I just cannot understand the reasons for that, because my country isn't from the restricted countries, my mobile device has google chrome and I was trying to sign up through it and when I actually tried to log in with my email, I was told that such account doesn't exist.
I checked my email, spam box but none of it had any validation emails or anything. So then I went to their website again and contacted the live chat. I was told that I have somehow misstyped my birthday date (that's weird, because I checked it before the sign up multiple times, but ok) so after that I asked about the sign up bonus and provided her with the code and I was told that I wasn't able to get this bonus, since I'm from a restricted country for this bonus. But what surprised me in a bad way was that the support copied and sent me the list of countries, that were excluded for this bonus as well and they were about 25. I was upset that I didn't know it before because I wouldn't be spending so much time with the sign up.
