After making a deposit using an E-wallet, I was only able to withdraw using a Visa Card.
Unfortunately I don't own a Visa Card and the Visa Card has to be registered to my name to make the withdrawal.
After contact with support I was told to sent an email, which I did and did not get a response from.

The thing which is not normal is the bet stake on most microgaming and most games start with 4.50 least bet.
