You have to meet a play through limit, usually around 1400 dollars to start. I put in ten dollars and was up to 600 in winnings but as soon as I met the wagering limit, I lost almost every game. I added another 20 now that I've met the wagering limit and it reset the play through and wagering limits back to 1400.
They say the smart players leave with big wins but when you try to quit while you're ahead, there's something that stops you.

Just like few other casinos that I've played at in the past this one is also managed by a company called Casino Rewards. I am absolutely not a fan of their strict policies with bonuses, VIP points and betting limits in case you're playing with a bonus. I recommend strongly gambling at a casino like betway where the staff is a lot faster in responding and they don't have as many strict policies that supposedly protects the casino from losing profit.
After already having a former bad experience with managing company "Casino Rewards" with one of their other casinos something happened here that once more was a big set off for me and made my worthwhile leaving this negative review. Again concerning their strict policies that protects the casinos profit if you're registered into one of their other systems your record history gets transferred automatically if you sign up for any of the casinos managed by them, which is in fact good since you don't have to get id verified to get your withdrawals released. But it is very terrible if you have a bad history of play with them, since bonuses get suspended and all the cash you accumulate on the VIP points get locked out automatically by the system itself and neither the operators nor the staff have any control over releasing your VIP accumulated funds with which you can obviously play with.
So aside from this when I signed up they were having a promotion where you get a 100% match upon your 1st-5th deposits up until $250. I ended up getting my first bonus upon the deposit but the latter deposit bonuses never ended up getting credited to my balance since they automatically went to my VIP points which were suspended and inaccessible so I never was able to play with the promised 2nd-5th deposit bonuses, in which I felt like I was deceived and tricked. The staff as I mentioned had absolutely 0 control over this situation and I walked away very frustrated. So yes be careful when you're being lured to gamble at this casino since things aren't always what they seem and you could be easily lied too... It makes you use all your real account money, so even if you had 100 pounds, and 20 pound bonus, you will find that all your real money is lost, and then the bonus money.

I took up the $1 deposit for $20 credit bonus offer. I won over $600 US (after my initial bonus sound were played), I played down to $580 then decided to withdraw. I waited a couple of days for the pending period.. After two days I contact the friendly helpful staff to check all was ok. They said it was fine money would be paid after the weekend. It disappeared from my zodiac acc on Monday but still hadnt showed up in my acc.
I live chatted again with helpful staff. They said all should be ok... just could take a few days for my bank to clear it. And now I can see the money is showing in my acc.

I called, to ask how to pull my money they gave me the info and I was told by them that they had made a mistake they told me I would get my money in 3 to 5 business days I waited a week and nothing so I called to ask what was going on I spoke to the supervisor and she told me that they had made a mistake and now I have to send more info to get my money. Horrible customer service. A huge headache and inconvenience I still haven't got my winnings of 10000...They take ur money off ur card np but trying to get ur winnings good luck... I think the site is a con I deposited £1 got the £20 to play and won over £500. I withdrew £500 after being told I had met the waging requirements and have today seen they have blocked my account. I have emailed them and not heard anything. I have also been on live chat and they cannot resolve the situation it seems a joke. Nobody wants to help.
